The Restrictions Have Been Lifted

Galatians 5:1 "It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery."

Some events in history change us forever. The COVID-19 pandemic was one of those moments.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we faced many rules to help stop the virus. We missed church, kept our distance, and stayed home until it was safe. Those hard times changed us, and we are still learning how.

As we enter 2026 and I write this first blog, I want you to know that God has removed the restrictions the enemy placed on your life. God wants you to know the restrictions are gone. This is more than a new year; it is a message from heaven. Heaven is announcing a change. As Isaiah 43:19 says, "See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?"

Those of us who are Christians and who show up fully armored can put the enemy out of business because we have authority through the Holy Ghost. This is a call to rise up, to live as God says we are, and to stop living below what Christ has already done for us.

God is freeing you from the things you have internalized because of how others made you feel. God is not only lifting outward restrictions, but He is breaking inward ones. The silent hurts. The emotional barriers, and the hidden fears and rejection.

All you need to do is call out to God, because the restrictions are gone. Freedom comes when we surrender. Heaven responds when God’s people pray.

You will NOT leave empty-handed again. God is shifting what you walk away with. He is enlarging your territory and growing what once felt small.  He is stretching what once confined you.

You will not be held back by your family history or upbringing anymore. God will answer prayers your family never knew to pray. Old cycles are ending. Families are being healed. God is doing what past generations could not.

Closing Prayer

Father God, we thank You for this new season and for the word You are releasing over our lives. Thank you for lifting the restrictions. Thank You that what once held us back no longer has authority over us. We receive Your freedom, Your healing, and Your expansion. We receive it by faith. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
